Day 12 of 12 Days of Winter - Series 2
The Solstice Shawl is the perfect blend of easy knitting with an element to hold the knitter's interest. Garter stitch stripes are worked tip to tip, and a cabled edge is worked at the same time using the intarsia method. A few rows of contrasting color finishes things off nicely along the lower edge.

01/16/2020 In the Original pattern Row 37 was missing the k3 stitches at the beginning of the row. Rows 249-452 stated to repeat rows 235-238, but it should have been 245-248. Those changes have been made in the revised pattern.
