About the pattern
The bag is worked from the bottom up in a stockinette stitch. The four sides are worked separately with decreases at the top of the 2 smaller sides of the bag. The Dee bag bottom is attached by picking up stitches in each hole. These are then sewn together with the open stitches of the bag with a Kitchener stitch. The sides are sewn together with a mattress stitch. An i-cord edge is added to the top of the bag. Finally, the Caisa D-rings, the Callie lid, and the shoulder straps are attached.
