MATERIALS
Universal Yarn Bella Cash (60% superwash fine merino, 30% nylon, 10% cashmere; 50g/230 yds)
Cardigan
• 118 Orchid – 2 (2, 3) balls
Hat
• 118 Orchid – 1 ball (all sizes)
Needles: US Size 3 (3.25 mm) straight and set of DPNs (or your preferred needle for knitting small circumferences) or size needed to obtain gauge
US Size 2 (2.75 mm) straight and set of DPNs (or your preferred needle for knitting small circumferences)
Notions: Tapestry needle, stitch markers, 5 (6, 6) – ½” buttons, sewing needle and thread in similar color to yarn (for attaching buttons)

GAUGE
28 sts x 36 rows/rnds = 4" in Stockinette stitch (St st) with larger ndl

PATTERN NOTES
The cardigan is knit flat in pieces from the bottom up and seamed. After assembling the body, stitches for the button bands and neckband are picked up and worked flat.

The hat is worked seamlessly in the round from the bottom up.
