PATTERN NOTES
This hat is knit in the round from the bottom up. The brim is worked first and features a decorative lace motif. Decreases are worked before the main hat, then it is worked evenly before crown shaping.
Note that brim of this hat is floppy and not fitted. After the decreases are incorporated into the brim, the hat measures approx. 12¾ (14, 15¼)”. Use these measurements as a reference when choosing a size and choose a size with 0-1” of negative ease, or up to 1” of positive ease.
