Pluma

Pluma
Designed by Rachel Brockman

Lace stitches always add a bit of ‘romance’ to your knitting. Eyelets dance over the rows, creating lovely airy fabrics just begging to be cozied up in. Stoles are a perfect accessory project for lace. Their generous size and shape allow the stitches to be the star of the show, and when knit using Penna, they are even more delicious and cozy. Wrap yourself in luxury with the elegant Pluma stole, featuring lovely garter eyelets and diamond lace.

PATTERN NOTES
The center of this wrap is knit flat from the bottom up. After the correct length is achieved, stitches are picked up around each edge and the Eyelet Border is knit in the round. It is finished with a crochet picot edging. Please note that the fabric in this pattern grows significantly during blocking. Take care to measure your gauge before and after blocking. Instructions in the pattern give measurements before blocking, but the finished measurements reflect the size of the piece after blocking.

An illustration is included to help you visualize the construction of this stole.
