PATTERN NOTES
The hat is made by creating a Granny Square ring of four squares, one at a time, then seaming, attaching in a circle to create the base. A Granny Stitch is then applied to the squares and worked in the round to create the top of the hat, which is finished with a pom pom.
The scarf is worked from the bottom up in sections. Once the scarf is complete, the edges are folded and seamed to create pockets.
