Needles: US Size 3 (3.25 mm) 16” circular and set of dpns (or your preferred needles for small circumference knitting) or size needed to obtain gauge
US Size 2 (2.75 mm) 16" circular and set of dpns (or your preferred needles for small circumference knitting)
Notions: Stitch markers, tapestry needle, stitch holder or waste yarn, cable needle

PATTERN NOTES
The hat and mitts are both knit in the round from the bottom up. For the mitts, stitches are increased for the thumb, then divided to work the hand and thumb separately.
